OUR CONTROL-GATE PROCESS

Five stages.
Agreed release points.

Each project progresses through a shared sequence. System decisions, approvals and inspection requirements are agreed before the next stage begins.

01

Align

Confirm the system, specification and project priorities.

02

Resolve

Coordinate samples, drawings and technical questions.

03

Approve

Agree hold points, programme and release criteria.

04

Build

Manufacture, inspect and maintain quality records.

05

Handover

Pack, document and release for delivery.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality is managed
during production.

Project-specific quality planning, traceability and corrective action help identify issues while they can still be resolved at the factory.

Surface finish inspection with a handheld measurement instrument

Finish

Surface condition and coating checks against agreed requirements.

Checking aluminium profile dimensions with calipers

Dimensions

Critical profile dimensions, tolerances and component interfaces.

Inspection of hardware fitted to an aluminium frame

Hardware

Component fit, position and interface details before release.

Inspection creates evidence.

The project quality process may include incoming material checks, glass inspection, in-process inspection, assembly checks, final inspection and packing verification.

Inspection records, issue tracking and corrective action provide traceability through manufacture.

The record travels with the product.

Project documentation can include approved shop drawings, fabrication information, inspection records, manufacturing evidence, packing lists and English-language shipment documents.

Shared programmes, milestone tracking and progress reviews keep production and release requirements visible.

LOGISTICS

Packed for the journey.

Protection, packing verification and container loading connect factory release with delivery to your project.
